Your patients are in loving and capable hands with Angels at Home Healthcare. Our dedicated team is composed of qualified Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Everyone at Angels at Home is committed to providing the best care possible for every patient.
As a liaison between you and your patients, we will
- Administer IV antibiotics, hydration, TPN or chemotherapy
- Insert and/or maintain PICC and midline catheters
- Provide in-home PT/lNR testing
- Provide anticoagulant management
- Administer acute and chronic wound care including wound vac management
We will also provide physician-directed education to your patients, which will help effectively manage their symptoms and medication.
