Skilled Nursing
Every Angels at Home Registered Nurse is trained and experienced in providing in-home care. Our nurses will coordinate patient care and services with your physicians and other health care team members. They will submit regular progress reports to your physician, and follow their prescribed Plan of Care.
Angels at Home Nursing Services include the following:
- Evaluation of patient needs
- Skilled procedures
- Patient and family education
Home Health Aide Services
Angels at Home Health Aides are people who are experienced in providing in-home support as part of your home health care package. Health Aides, when requested by you, will visit up to three times per week for about 45 minutes to assist with activities such as dressing or bathing.
Medical Supplies/Therapy Services
Talk to your Angels at Home representative to discuss the best source for your necessary medical supplies. These must be coordinated with your home health agency of choice, and Medicare rules will apply.
Your Angels at Home representative will conveniently coordinate the delivery of you medical supplies and manage your inventory. We will work with you to determine the best source for your medical supplies based on your coverage.
Durable Medical Equipment
lf you require durable medical equipment such as a walker, wheelchair or hospital bed, we can help you determine the coverage and your best Medicare-certified supplier
